No MinimumsThere are no minimums for any orders. You can order 1 shirt at a time or 20 shirts. It is completely at your discretion. Test Shirt (Measurement Confirmation)For your first shirt order, regardless of the number of shirts that you order, Alexander West will first make one shirt to confirm your body measurements. If the test does not fit you perfectly, we will remake the shirt until you are completely satisfied. We will proceed with the rest of your order once you give us the go ahead. Delivery TimeYour shirts will be delivered between 3 and 5 weeks. Since every shirt is made from scratch and customized for each individual, the delivery time is longer than your typical "off-the-rack" shirt - it is definitely worth the wait. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with your shirt or any other items, please return it within 30 days of receipt for your full refund. Please refer to the "Returns" section for more information. Fit GuaranteeEach shirt is custom tailored to you body measurements, shape, and fit. We will alter your new shirt until you are fully satisfied. If your measurements change, just let us know so we can update your personal pattern on file. Hand Tailored Craftsmanship GuaranteeEvery shirt is hand tailored at our workshop and each monogram is hand-stitched for that individual touch. Each shirt is backed by more than 30 years of fine tailoring and craftsmanship. At Alexander West, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Return Shirt for AlterationsPlease complete and include the Alteration Return Form with your shirt and let us know how you would like to change your shirt (send to the same address as "Return for Full Refund"). Return for Full RefundPlease complete and include the Merchandise Return Form with your package.

Besides the United States, we also ship to Canada, United
Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Australia. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
Delivery Time
For custom tailored products, please allow up to 3 to 5
weeks for us to create process and ship your order. For non-tailored products, they
will be shipped out between 2 and 4 business days.
